ON-RAMP PROGRAM
First time in a CrossFit box? Our On-Ramp program allows new athletes to get an introduction to of all the CrossFit movements in a one-on-one coaching environment. These sessions are booked at flexible times in order to get you into your first class as soon as possible.

CROSSFIT CLASS
CrossFit classes are one hour sessions held in a group setting led by an experienced trainer. Each class is a group session focusing on constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, often involving a warm-up, skill practice, workout, and cool-down.

TEAM TRAINING
Sport specific training geared towards entire teams of any age. High priority of building team chemistry and accountability with a bigger goal of teaching kids at an early age the importance of being healthy and staying active.
